We regularly lease activity space in the HUB building to a variety of independant instructors and program leaders. These individuals plan and run programs for Belmont community members, helping to keep our town fit and healthy.

Increase your metabolism to burn fat 2 to 3 times faster than cardio and weight training alone.
Beginners and novice participants of all ages are welcome. Your instructor utilizes cross training techniques with 2 - 5 minute bouts of cardio to increase your metabolism to burn fat faster.

Throughout August, P90X style Bootcamp sessions are held every Tues and Thurs evening at 6:30 - 7:30 pm on the lower level of the HUB...only $12.00/class...drop ins are always welcome!

Beginning in September it's time for you again when the kids go back to school...P90X style Bootcamp sessions will be running on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 5:30 to 6:30 am and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings froom 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The Fall sessions will run in 6-week intervals!

Anyone can do YOGA!

At the Core LogoJoin us for a gentle Yoga experience.

With small classes and an experienced instructor anyone can experience the benefits of flexibility, strength, sleeping better and feeling more peace and happiness that Yoga allows. All mats, blankets, bolsters and pillows required to ensure a comfortable experience are provided.

Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS)

TOPS colour logoTOPS' mission is to support our members as they take and keep off pounds sensibly. We are a non-profit, non-commercial, weight-loss support organization. Our two-fold objective is to encourage healthy lifestyles through weight-management support groups and to sponsor obesity research.

We meet every Wednesday night at 6:30 at the HUB.
