Helping Unite Belmont (the HUB) is a community organization dedicated to bringing together the residents of Belmont, Ontario through a common meeting place, programs and opportunities for people of all ages.

Belmont is a community in the municipality of Central Elgin, Elgin County, Ontario. It is located south-east of London and north-east of St. Thomas. Belmont was incorporated as a Village in 1961, and amalgamated with other area municipalities to form Central Elgin in 1998. Belmont, Ontario has a population of approximately 2700 people.

Rediscover the Romance of Ballroom Dance

The Stork Club Big Band Hall of Fame presents Ballroom Dance Lessons at the HUB.

Anyone can do Yoga!

With small classes and an experienced instructor anyone can experience the benefits of flexibility, strength, sleeping better and feeling more peace and happiness that Yoga allows.

Calling all members of our community

The HUB has formed a Park Planning Commitee which is currently working on brining the following to Belmont:

Splash Pad
Skate Park
Ball Hockey/Multi-Purpose Court

The Planning Commitee needs to know more about our youth before we proceed. We are at the design stage of the planning process and we are seeking your feedback.

Please email us at belmontparkplanning@hotmail.com to let us know if you would use the skate park to ride a skate board, a BMX bike, in-line skates or if you would like to be part of this process and give us your input/comments etc.

Please contact us as soon as possible because the sooner we receive input from our community the closer we will be to getting our park!

Call for Volunteers!

This is a great opportunity for you to help make Belmont an even better place to live. We are currently looking to fill the following positions

Volunteer Photographer - Photography experience is preferred. Duties include attending and photographing HUB sponsored events throughout the year, photo release forms must be signed by the individuals photographed. The images you capture will be used on our website and other marketing materials.
Volunteer Coordinator - Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. Duties include managing our team of volunteers at HUB sponsored events.
Event Volunteers - Help us grow our team of event volunteers. The HUB sponsors and runs a number of fun events for our community throughout the year. We are always looking for more people to help us make these events a success. If you are interested contact us by filling out our contact form.
